DecoArt Helping Artist 3: Sealer Spray Transfer
Americana Sealer Spray (Matte) is a quick and easy way to get a jump start on any journal page, tag, or background. When trying this technique it is important to remember to use an untreated paper (no gesso, mediums, or glue) to achieve the best results.
